In the projects with our customers we often deal with cross-departmental processes. It is therefore essential for us to see the big picture in order to meet the needs of all parties involved with our solutions.

Our range of tasks is diverse, so we will entrust you with interesting topics. Right from the start, we will put you to work on challenging customer projects and will support you in further developing your strengths.

We are generally looking for full time positions (40hs per week), but are also open to establish flexible working models.

YOUR JOB

As a consultant at samlicon, you will work in the areas of Process and Organizational Consulting, IT Service Management (ITSM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

You develop concepts, organizational structures and processes that meet the challenges of our customers
You familiarize yourself with the relevant ITSM and SAM systems and help implement solutions
You participate in project rollouts and take over parts of trainings
You take over tasks of our SAM services on your own responsibility
You are creative, discover potential for improvement that we can implement internally or at our customers

YOUR PROFILE

Analytical perception, personal responsibility and your drive to grow are more important to us than specific skills. We value if

You have practical experience in IT organization projects or in the configuration and administration of IT Service Management systems
You have successfully completed computer science, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or a comparable course of studies
Your are motivated to familiarize yourself with ITSM and SAM systems
You are committed and have the confidence to quickly take on responsibility for your own topics
You have very good English skills, good German skills are an advantage
