About the Role
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business requirements
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources (e.g., Flexera, Power BI, internal tools)
• Implement automation, scripting, and UI enhancements to optimize user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with best practices
• Support system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow API usage
• Understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM modules and workflows
• Familiarity with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON) and database concepts
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• ServiceNow certification (Developer or Administrator) is a plus
